The candidate may have a mix of water and financial abilities. The candidate will take over the management of water use systems, associations and companies. The given candidate will also deal with water tariffs and also have commercial abilities in the water sector.

The project: Technical assistance for a new integrated water management in Djibouti  

Requested profile: A minimum of an Engineering and/or Management degree, 10 years in the water sector. Preferably past experience in similar countries (Africa)

Tasks in accordance with the Commercial Director and Chief of Service, formation of the agents of the:

Commercial Direction of the Djibouti National office of Water.

Support to the agents in their daily tasks

Specific assistance to improve invoicing system.

Exploitation of figures regarding calculation of water consumer

Support to improve the client service

Control of water connections and research of illicit connections.
