Qualifications and skills.

– University degree in Civil Engineering;

– Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD) would be an asset;

– Excellent command in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking).

General professional experience.

– Preferably 15 years, but minimum of 10 years experience is required;

– International experience.

Specific professional experience.

– Preferably 10 years, but minimum of 7 years experience in supervision of road infrastructure projects.

– Experience in at least 1 project of supervision of tunnel construction with length of more than 500 meters implemented under FIDIC conditions of Contract or equivalent.

Certified of Chartered Engineer or equivalent for work in Serbia would be an asset.

Minimum of 15 years, preferably 20 years of experience on tunnel construction and rehabilitation projects.

Specific Professional Expereince

Expereince as Chief Resident Engineer in the public or private sector and/or in donor funded projects in one to three construction or rehabilitation projects of similar complexity. In addition, experience in leading teams in the public or private sector or in donor funded projects gained in EU Member States, Candidates Countries or potential Candidate Countries will be considered as an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years, preferably 8 years of experience on supervision of similar road tunnel construction or rehabilitation projects.

Expereince with FIDIC contracts gained in one to three similar road tunnel construction or rehabilitation projects.
