We are currently working with a US consultancy who has a large presence in Eastern Europe. the are currently working on several Road/motorway projects in Serbia of which they are looking for a specific Team Leader for tunnel construction.

The profile my client is looking for is as follows:

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

Certified of Chartered Engineer or equivalent for work in Serbia would be an asset.

Post graduate qualification or relevant specialisadation degree in the field of the construction of concrete and steel structures, road transport construction works or Project Management will be treated as advantagious.

General Professional Experience

Minimum of 15 years, preferably 20 years of experience on tunnel construction and rehabilitation projects.

Specific Professional Expereince

Expereince as Chief Resident Engineer in the public or private sector and/or in donor funded projects in one to three construction or rehabilitation projects of similar complexity. In addition, experience in leading teams in the public or private sector or in donor funded projects gained in EU Member States, Candidates Countries or potential Candidate Countries will be considered as an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years, preferably 8 years of experience on supervision of similar road tunnel construction or rehabilitation projects.

Expereince with FIDIC contracts gained in one to three similar road tunnel construction or rehabilitation projects.
