Our client who is a worldwide Project Management and Construction Management Consultants, with strong presence in the Middle East, North Africa, Eastern and Central European Countries seeks to recruit a high profile individual for a University construction project.

Qualifications and skills:

Masters University Degree in Civil or Architectural engineering

Fluent in English, with good written and oral communication skills

Strong reporting, presentation and administration skills

Professional Experience:

At least 25 years of experience in projects within the construction industry

15-20 years of experience at Lead PM level within the construction industry

Experience in large scale building projects such as Universities, Courthouses, Historical Centres, Museums, Libraries, mixed use, theme parks etc.

Excellent design and site supervision and construction management skills

Strong International experience

Experience in supervising min 80 staff of engineers in all disciplines

Track record of providing direction & successfully managing projects with values greater than US$1 Billion
