We are currently working with a client who has recently been awarded a project in Eastern Europ and they are looking for a candidate with the following experience record:

 

Qualifications and skills

University Degree in civil or transport engineering

Excellent command of English, both spoken and

Computer literacy (MS Office applications)

General professional experience

At least 10 years of professional experience

Experience in working with National Development/Economic Planning Institutions/Ministries

Specific professional experience

Minimum 5 preferably 10 years of relevant project preparation experience in ED and/or IFI funding of transport infrastructure investment

Experience in at least 2 railway projects financed by the EU and/or IFI

Experience with investment project feasibility analysis and/or preparation of Tendering documentation under PRAG/FIDIC requirements for Works contracts

Experience in preparation of investment projects in accordance with DG REGIO/EU Cohesion and Structural Funds requirements would be a strong advantage

Experience in the preparation of ‘bankable’ documents in order to secure funding for railway projects from International Funding Institutions and  in  accordance with  EU interoperability standards would be an asset
