We are currently working with a client who has been shortlisted for a project in the Middle East and is looking for the Team Leader/Project Manager.

Project:

Consulting Services for Preparation of Final Design and Tender Documents, Assistance to PEA in Tendering and Contracting of the Project and Site Supervision.

Component:

Water Loss Reduction in the Middle Governorates. Project funded by EU and KfW, the client is the local Water Authority. The project involves identification of water losses in the water supply system. The consultant will also provide detailed engineering design of rehabilitation measures, preparation of bill of quantities and cost estimates, support to the client in the tender process and construction supervision.

Experience required:

. Water supply engineer with both technical and institutional strengthening experience

. Minimum 15 years general experience

. Development bank experience, preferably with KfW

. Mechanical & Electrical experience is essential

. African experience would be an advantage

. Background needs to be water focussed and involving some experience in water loss projects
