One of Our Saudi clients is currently recruiting permanent staff at the moment, they are currently looking for a IT Manager for their office in Jiddah or Riyadh:

Job Summery

Primarily responsible for users support, management and administration of the existing IT infrastructure and Lotus Notes (LN) Groupware activities within Saudi Arabia.

Business / Products

The MIS Department is to deliver and/or provide the support, management and administration of the Local Area Network(LAN)  and Lotus Notes (LN) Groupware activities within the Saudi Arabian LN Country Hub.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Functions and responsibilities include;

  • Administration and Management of Lotus Notes servers for Riyadh and Jeddah;

  • Adaptation and implementation of Lotus Notes Groupware level task required by the PEMCO Central Group from Europe;

  • Coordinate and implement instructions coursed by Europe office as to LN Database Access, Deployment, and usage;

  • User creations and data backups for Lotus Notes and LAN; implements up to date antivirus protection on user and server level;

  • User support within the Local Area Network environment; desktop software assistance, installation and troubleshooting;

  • Remedial hardware support and upgrade;

  • Operational Upkeep of main servers and related equipment, including telecommunications and data networks;

  • Computer configuration and standard software installation;

  • Manage daily operations of unit and provide specific technical expertise for function required;

  • Resolve problems referred by users; consult with users on requests or for problem resolution;
  • Provide enterprise hardware, software, and networking support
